The Training Programmes for BRO's on EU Acquis are one of the project's main activities. The Training Programmes focus on EU Legislation which affect companies in the healthcare industry in their daily business. Five Training Programmes will be held in the countries Bulgaria, Romania, Croatia and Turkey. One "Train the Trainers Workshop" will be for SME's - they will be trained on the Community Acquis in January in Turkey.

The Business Representative Organisations in these countries will learn from the experience of the older EU member states. The key point is the knowledge transfer on working methods and best practices as well as the combination of theory and practice. This ensures that the directibves and their implementation will be presented in an effective and  understandable way. With these Training Programmes, BRO's will be beetter able to support their member companies to comply with the Community Acquis.

The trainings will be held by the European Partner Organisations. The topics addressed in the trainings will be:
1. Environmental regulations: WEEE, RoHS, REACH, EUP

2. Health & Safety at the Work Place

3. Young Enterprises & Entrepreneurs

4. Strengthening member services

5. Technical Regulations
